How To Do A Good Job In Sheet Metal Processing Of Stainless Steel Cabinets

Due to the many advantages of stainless steel, the Sheet Metal Processing of stainless steel cabinets is deeply loved and favored by the majority of users; then, how can we do a good job in sheet metal processing of stainless steel cabinets?
Cabinet Chassis Sheet Metal Parts
1. Do a good job in the inspection standards of parts for Stainless Steel Sheet Metal processing.
Although the specifications and processes of stainless steel sheet metal chassis and cabinets are different, the inspection standards for parts and components processed by stainless steel sheet metal are basically the same, as follows:
a. The parts are processed correctly according to the drawings. All edges and sharp edges should be blunt, and the height of burrs and flashes should not exceed 0.2mm. In principle, the principle is to not scratch.
b. All conductive parts are made of copper busbar series specified in GB5585-85 or pure copper plates, and the surface coating is manufactured according to the drawing requirements. If it needs to be bent, it should be annealed before bending, and the radius of the bending fillet should be greater than the thickness of the sheet to avoid damage to the internal structure and cracking. The contact surface of the fastened joint requires leveling.
c. Insulation parts The insulation material selected according to the drawings, epoxy board, or epoxy rod should be dipped in insulating varnish and dried. After installation, the resistance insulation value of the positive and negative copper queue racks of the cabinet is 100M (at an ambient temperature of 25°C-2°C), and the relative humidity is 90%. When the voltage is DC 500V).
d. The rivet nuts and screws must be firmly riveted, and inspected according to the required screw and nut tightening torque specifications, and there must be no loosening. The thread of the part is maintained during the spraying process. The blockage caused by the plating process should be re-tapped and repaired. There should be no sliding wires in the threaded holes, there should be no phenomenon of broken buttons, and the screws should be able to be screwed in smoothly and should be moderately tight.
e. The solid parts and objects should conform to the selected specifications or drawings. The surface treatment of screws, bolts, nuts, flat washers, and spring washers shall comply with the drawing requirements. If the screw is broken, the screw should be able to be screwed in smoothly and should be moderately tight.

2. Do a good job in the design of sheet metal processing for stainless steel chassis and cabinets.
a. The built-in mounting plate can move back and forth, making the internal installation more flexible;
b. The front and rear doors and the operation panel cover can be opened for easy installation:
c. The grooved side of the box and the door body polyurethane finger foam sealant strips ensure the protection level of the cabinet body;
d. Door installation moldings: The moldings with assembly holes are welded on both sides of the door panel and the upper and lower positions of the operation panel cover, and with the help of the installation strips, the installation of the door panel and the cover panel is more flexible and the wiring is more convenient ;
e. The hydraulic support of the original imported operation panel cover greatly improves the quality of the cabinet and better reflects the humanized design of the cabinet.

3. Prevent the occurrence of certain defects in the sheet metal chassis.
On the surface of some sheet metal chassis cabinets that are not particularly good in quality, it is common to see sundries on the base layer, serious color difference, coating layer peeling off, paint flow, powder accumulation, etc. caused by some mistakes in; the details are as follows:
a. Debris on the bottom layer refers to the defect that the surface of the substrate is not cleaned during the surface treatment, and it is the main factor that causes the coating layer to fall off.
b. The reason why the coating layer falls off is that the bonding force between the coating layer and the substrate is not enough. The primary means to check the bonding forces are the impact test and cross-cut test.
c. Exposed base material means that there is no coating layer on the surface, and the main causes are spray leakage and large area scratches.
d. The causes of surface scratches are relatively complex and run through the entire process of product production, but they can be roughly divided into two categories: one is scratches generated during product processing; the other is scratches generated during logistics during the production process.
e. The principle of lacquer flow and powder accumulation is generally appropriate. Only lacquer flow occurs when spraying paint, and powder accumulation occur when spraying plastic. Both of them have defects due to excessive spraying amount and thickness.
It is not difficult to do a good job in the sheet metal processing of stainless steel cabinets. As long as the above three aspects are done well, high-quality stainless steel cabinets will be produced!
