In the actual deep drawing production, some problems are prone to occur, which affect the quality of the product and the processing efficiency. 1. The wear of the die will cause the inner diameter of the drawn part to be too large
2. Excessive ejection force will cause the inner diameter to be too large; insufficient ejection force will cause the inner diameter of the tensile part to be too small
3. If the stretched material is too thin, the inner diameter of the stretched part will be too large; if it is too thick, the inner diameter will be too small
4. The hydraulic oil temperature used in the deep drawing is too high or oil leakage will cause the inner diameter of the drawing part to be too small
5. The mouth of the stretcher is easy to wrinkle
6. There is a strain on the stretcher
7. There are bruises and bruises on the appearance of the tensile parts
